    Dinner will be served at Lake Worth Baptist Church at no additional charge
    The Dinner and Welcome session is open to both attendees and their wives

2025 Speakers

Jerry D. Locke

Dr. Jerry D. Locke finished his pastoral ministry in 2016, after serving as a Baptist minister for 50 years, his last 33 years at Lake Worth Baptist Church, Fort Worth, TX. He holds degrees from the Independent Baptist School of the Bible (BTh), Dallas, TX and Great Plains Baptist Divinity School, Sioux Falls, SD (MDiv, DMin) (all degrees earned from unaccredited institutions).
For more than 35 years he has written and published discipleship books, many are used around the world.
Recently God has allowed Dr. Locke to expand his ministry by conducting “Still a Baptist” Seminars (Sunday-Wednesday) and “Still a Baptist” Sundays (3 sessions).

Darrell Sparks

Darrell W. Sparks was called to Pastor Dearborn Baptist Church in Florence, Kentucky in December 1986. Ordained in 1978, Pastor Sparks earned a B.A. in Religious Studies, and advanced degrees in Education (M.A.) and Biblical Studies (M.Th.).
Deeply devoted to the ministry of The Word (study, prayer, teaching, and preaching), Bro. Sparks teaches and preaches with clarity and passion, while shepherding his flock with gentleness and love. He has authored numerous books, booklets, pamphlets, and tracts to aid Bible Study and evangelism, and has preached around the world in churches and conferences.

Zachary A. Hatton

As the Lead Pastor of Lake Worth Baptist, Zac provides teaching, preaching, and guides the overall vision and direction of the church. Zac has earned a B.A. of Arts and Sciences from Dallas Baptist University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary.  Zac began working as youth pastor of LWBC and eventually  took over the leadership of Lake Worth Baptist church as Pastor in May of 2015. 

Travis Gilbert

Bro. Travis Gilbert serves faithfully as lead Pastor at Rodgers Baptist Church in Garland, TX

Pastor Travis is committed to the systematic, expositional preaching of the Bible in order to Biblically train and equip the saints for the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:12; 2 Tim. 2:2). The goal is to see unbelieving people become committed followers of Jesus Christ, growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord.
